Sick notes via standard channels (employer, insurer). Your account shows administrative evidence and an appointment overview — not a patient medical record.
E-Prescriptions
Dispatch to the TI or delivery as a PDF during the video call — not saved in your Telemediker account.
Sick Notes (AU)
Official sick notes valid for your employer and insurance.
No health record on the platform
We do not store a medical chart. Clinical documentation is kept by your treating physician; you will not find a full medical history in your account.

What You Receive
E-prescriptions and sick notes are transmitted through the appropriate channels. Your account provides appointment overviews and booking-related evidence — we do not maintain a medical record for you.
E-Prescriptions
After TI submission or a PDF during the call, redeem your prescription at the pharmacy according to local rules (e.g. with ID).
Sick Notes
Official sick notes (AU) are digitally transmitted to your employer and insurance.
Appointments & evidence
Your dashboard shows booked and completed video consultations plus administrative records. This is not a patient chart; medical documentation remains your doctor’s professional responsibility.
