Our doctors speak German, English, Bulgarian, Turkish, and Serbo-Croatian. You can select your preferred language when booking an appointment.
A standard video consultation lasts up to 20 minutes. This is usually sufficient to discuss your symptoms, receive a diagnosis, and get any necessary prescriptions or sick notes.
We can treat common illnesses like cold, flu, allergies, skin conditions, digestive issues, UTIs, and more. For emergencies or conditions requiring physical examination, please visit a local healthcare facility.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, working camera and microphone, and a quiet private space. Have your health insurance card and any relevant medical documents ready.
If you miss your appointment without canceling at least 2 hours in advance, the consultation fee may not be refundable. Contact our support team for assistance with rescheduling.
After your consultation, e-prescriptions are sent directly to your account and can be redeemed at any pharmacy. Simply show your ID at the pharmacy to collect your medication.
If medically justified, the doctor can issue a sick note (Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung) for 1-7 days. The digital sick note is sent to your employer and health insurance automatically.
Yes, all our documents are legally valid. Our doctors are fully licensed, and our e-prescriptions and sick notes meet all legal requirements in Germany and Austria.
